Frederics Muenchen City Schwabing - Munich

Our apartment was new-fashioned and practical with exceptionally comfortable beds. We had a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities. Location: the hotel was really close to underground and tram stops and the underground, tram and bus stop. The service was good throughout our stay.

good-sized room with a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle for a nice stay. friendly and very attentive staff during my stay.

The breakfast at the restaurant here was satisfying, with a good selection of simple dishes to choose from.

The location is excellent. Subway- Tram and Bus at the doorstep. Supermarket on premises - as well as a Deli and 2 Bakeries. The apartments were clean and quiet.

At check in - I had to prepay the full amount for a comfort apartment, which was confirmed and booked thru Booked.net. I was checked into apartment 610 in the believe, that I am staying in a comfort appartment..Also the receipt for payment from the hotel listed apr. 610 as comfort appartment. I found it rather small and not even a full size mirror. After my 10 day stay -- I found out,(from housekeeping) that apartment 610 is an economy apartment. After complaining - management refunded the difference. One should make sure at the beginning of the stay -- if indeed it is the correct apartment--- as memtioned on their payment receipt... where it said 610 = Comfort apartment.

* English speaking stuff, very helpful. *very Good location, Metro station is just in front of the hotel (you could see the "Holenzollerplatze" metro station's entrance from balcony of hotel). about 3 or 4 stops from hotel is central station or Marienplatz station. * elegant room decoration, makes you feel home by a small kitchen and full equipped with kitchen things. I will surely recommand this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Frederics in Munich for a week-long business trip. The location was superb, with easy access to the U-Bahn and bus stops right outside the building. The area was bustling with trendy cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The view of Hohenzollernplatz was a bonus. The breakfast at the nearby bakery was convenient and delicious. great value for money with the option to cook your own meals.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

During my recent stay at Frederics Munchen City Schwabing, I was actually surprised by the convenient location of the apartments. Situated next to subway stations and overlooking a bustling square with shops and trees, the view from our balcony was unexpectedly tranquil. The newly refurbished apartment had everything we needed and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a great base for exploring Munich, with easy access to the city center via the subway or a short walk. the proximity to parks, including the English Garden Park, made it even more appealing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Munich.

Excellent value for money. Very cosy. I've been lots of time staying in Apartments all around Germany and it is one of the best apartments. If you want to stay in apartments in Munich and they have free rooms - don't wait! What they are not mentioning is that entrance to apartments is between 2 shops - one is supermarket Netto and the other is how they call butcher shop - you can find various meats, sausages, cheese, etc. The entrance to the U-Bahn is 10 steps from door literally.

stayed here before, but this time it was even better! Spacious room, clean and with a nice balcony. Very helpful staff and convenient location near the metro.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro station right outside the hotel entrance. This made it so easy for us to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. The surrounding area was also fantastic, with plenty of trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, overlooking the vibrant square with its shops and trees. It was a pleasant surprise to find such peace and quiet in the heart of the city. The newly refurbished apartment had everything we needed, and we were impressed by the high quality and comfort it provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
